In 2021, Siddharth was running ops at an EV company in California. 150+ SaaS tools. Two million in subscriptions. Nine hundred hours a quarter spent buying and renewing them. Thirty percent of it wasted.
The tools meant to fix this only fragmented the work further. Each one owned a slice. None owned the loop.
Siddharth, Ajay, and Rajiv started Spendflo to close that gap. It began as a SaaS management platform. As the market evolved and AI matured, so did the product, into the autonomous procurement workforce we are building today.
The founders made a simple bet. Software organises procurement. Agents run it. The job of the next generation of procurement leaders is not to operate tools, but to train and direct the agents that run the function end to end. Everything Spendflo has built since rests on that line.
